No. The consultation is valuable on its own. You'll leave with a clear, personalized routine whether you buy from us or not. If you do choose to purchase from us, you’d get a voucher.
Do I need a consultation before buying a product from the store?
No. You can shop directly from our store anytime. However, we always recommend a consultation first — it helps you buy exactly what your skin needs, not just what looks good.
How do I know your products are authentic?
Every product we stock is founder-vetted. We verify suppliers, check batch numbers and expiry dates, and test products before listing them. No fakes. No exceptions.
What's the difference between shopping directly and booking a consultation?
Shopping directly is best if you already know what you want. A consultation is best if you're unsure what your skin needs, or if you've been struggling with breakouts, hyperpigmentation, or product reactions.
Do you ship outside Lagos?
Yes. We ship to every state in Nigeria and internationally.
Do you offer pay-on-delivery?
No. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. This keeps our process clear and protects the quality of service we can offer.
